I want to bring my pet. Will the hotel allow it?

Pets are welcome.

When booking online, place a note in the “Special Requests” field of the customer information page indicating that you are traveling with a pet. When making reservations over the phone, let the Reservation Sales Agent or front desk Sales Representative know that you are traveling with a pet.

Can I cancel a reservation online?

Yes, to cancel a reservation online, simply go to http://www.northviewhotel.com/contact-us and select “Cancel/Modify Reservation” as the Subject. Cancellations can be made through NorthviewHotel.com up to 48 hours prior to arrival but penalties or additional charges may still apply as determined by the hotel. For changes within 48 hours of arrival, call Reservations at +63-77-773-1689.

Will I be able to check in early or check out late?

Please be advised that early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

I will be arriving late, will they hold my reservation?

Northview Hotel will guarantee your room for a late arrival when you reserve, up until 2 AM. If there is an issue where you need to arrive after that time, please contact the hotel directly.

Why can’t I see my reservation online?

Children under 10 stay free when accompanied by an adult.

If I change my reservations, will my rate change?

There is a possibility that it might. Rates are dependent on many factors such as seasonality, day of week, length of stay, room type, number of people in the room, etc. When you modify the dates on your reservation, (arrival or departure dates), then the reservation is subject to the current rates at the time of the modification.

Do you have a hotel elevator?

No, we don’t have a hotel elevator. For guests that have difficulty with stairs, we have rooms available in the ground floor.
